Notable Career Highlights
- Started my law practice in Tucson in 1974 at Miller, Pitt and Feldman and worked with Stanley Feldman. Mr. Feldman went on to become Chief Justice of AZ Supreme Court
- Became Deputy Pima County Attorney (1975-76) with Dennis DeConcini. Consumer Fraud Division; Mr. DeConcini went on to become U.S. Senator from AZ for 3 full terms
- In 1975, I took 6 weeks sabbatical from County Attorney to become Southern AZ director of campaign of Bruce Babbitt for AZ Attorney General. Mr. Babbitt went on to win that election and then become Governor of AZ and eventually Secretary of Interior in the Clinton Administration.
- Since 1976, I have been a partner in private practice for various law firms that bear my name.
- Now retired from full time law practice but have remained available for legal consultations including coaching young lawyers in their practice

- Certified Specialist By AZ board of specialization; Personal Injury and Wrongful Death;
- Previously listed in Best Lawyers in America- Plaintiffs’ personal injury and wrongful death;
- Past President – Arizona Trial Lawyers Association (2000) My emphasis was on new membership and lobbying the AZ legislature;
- Pioneer in Lemon Law Cases and was designated as “Lemon Lawyer of the year by the Center of Auto Safety, Washington D.C.;
- Designated as “Top Lawyers in Tucson” in Tucson Lifestyle Magazine as top Tucson personal injury and wrongful death attorney;
- Served and Chaired various community boards in Tucson and Phoenix.
- Prior Chair of Democrat Nucleus Club- fundraising wing of local democratic party
- Over my 45+ years of my career I have given numerous talks and seminars and wrote articles in Arizona, California and Nevada on trial tactics, prosecuting soft tissue injury, consumer fraud, lemon law cases and avoidance of being sued as a personal trainer;
- After being asked by some younger lawyers for assistance on starting and maintaining a law practice, I created USLAWCOACH.COM providing advice across the country primarily on setting up a practice, marketing techniques;
- In June, 2020 I became a strategist for Laura Conover for Pima County Attorney. She was then elected to the position and is now serving in that capacity.
